G-Planner Terms of Service
Effective Date: September 5, 2025
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms is to establish the rights, obligations, responsibilities, and other necessary matters between G-Planner and its members in connection with the use of all services provided by G-Planner.
Article 2 (Definitions)
The definitions of key terms used in these Terms are as follows:
- ‘Service’: All services provided by G-Planner that can be used by ‘Users’ regardless of the terminal device (including various wired and wireless devices such as PCs, TVs, and mobile devices)
- ‘User’: A ‘Member’ who receives services provided by G-Planner under these Terms
- ‘Member’: A person who has registered as a member by providing personal information to G-Planner and can continuously receive information from G-Planner and use its services
- ‘ID’: A combination of letters or letters and numbers provided by the member and approved by G-Planner for member identification and service use
- ‘Premium Service’: Advanced feature services provided by G-Planner
- ‘Coupon’ or ‘Code’: A pass that allows the use of premium services for a certain period
- ‘Ad Viewing’: An act where a member voluntarily watches advertisements to obtain temporary premium privileges
Article 3 (Service Contents)
The services provided by G-Planner include:
- Planner features
- Check-style to-do management features
- Score-based task management features
- Time-based to-do management features
- Short memo features
- Long note features
- Reminder features
- Recurring to-dos, memos, and notes features
- Content viewing features
- Social network features
- Other related features
Article 4 (User Eligibility)
- This Service is intended for users 13 years of age or older
- Higher age requirements may apply in some regions (e.g., 16 years in certain European countries)
- Minors may require parental or legal guardian consent
Article 5 (Premium Service)
Basic Principles
- G-Planner primarily provides free services
- Premium features can be accessed through the following methods:
Usage Methods
- Coupon Code Entry: Use premium features for a certain period by entering a valid coupon code
- Ad Viewing: Temporarily use specific premium features by watching rewarded advertisements
- Administrator Privileges: Service administrators can use all premium features without separate approval
Article 6 (User’s Main Obligations)
Users must comply with the following:
Account Management
- Provide and maintain accurate information
- Protect account information and prohibit third-party use
- Manage security of OAuth social login accounts
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are prohibited when creating nicknames or content:
- Violation of others’ personal information
- Use of profanity, vulgar language, or obscene expressions
- Discriminatory or hateful expressions
- Impersonation of administrators or causing confusion
- Infringement of intellectual property rights
- Promotion of illegal activities or gambling
- Interference with service operations
Article 7 (Personal Information Protection)
Legal Compliance
G-Planner complies with the following laws:
- Network Act, Personal Information Protection Act (Republic of Korea)
- GDPR (European Union)
- CCPA (California)
- LGPD (Brazil)
- PIPL (China)
OAuth Login
- Receive only minimal necessary information (email, name) from third parties (Google, Apple, etc.)
- The terms of service and privacy policies of the respective providers also apply
User Rights
- Rights to access, modify, and delete personal information
- Right to object to automated decision-making and profiling
- Response within 30 days (or shorter if required by local laws)
Article 8 (Service Interruption and Changes)
Service may be temporarily suspended in the following cases:
- System maintenance, expansion, or replacement
- Network failures
- Natural disasters or national emergencies
- Other force majeure events
Article 9 (Membership Withdrawal)
- Members can withdraw at any time through the app settings
- All privileges expire upon withdrawal, even if premium period remains
- Withdrawal is processed immediately with no compensation for remaining premium period
Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: Laws of the Republic of Korea
- Jurisdiction: Courts with jurisdiction over G-Planner’s location
- Priority effort to resolve through customer service
International Users
- Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country of residence may apply if they provide greater protection
- EU residents may utilize alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
Article 11 (Disclaimer)
G-Planner is not liable in the following cases:
- Service interruption due to force majeure such as natural disasters
- Service usage failures due to user’s fault
- Failures, interruptions, or data loss in free services
- Failure to achieve expected profits through the service
However, exceptions apply in cases of G-Planner’s intent or gross negligence.
Article 12 (Amendment of Terms)
- Notice at least 7 days before changes (30 days for significant changes)
- Contract may be terminated within 7 days (30 days for significant changes) from notice date if changes are rejected
- Deemed acceptance if no objection is expressed within the period
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms are effective as of September 5, 2025.
